We have 5 bright, spacious and multi-functional spaces for hire in our new premises. Our rooms can accommodate numbers from 2 to 80 and are ideal for your meeting, conference, exhibition, product launch, training session, activities or even a ceilidh, party or wedding! Four of our rooms are fully accessible, the Kinnoull has stairs, there is free wi-fi throughout. You can find our hire rates here

We are working with Giraffe catering in Perth, a local social enterprise, to deliver our catering offer and we are happy to discuss any options which may not appear on this. You can find it here

Our Atholl room can accommodate up to 8 people. It comes with a 50” LED screen and with it’s high ceilings and large window, it’s a lovely room and ideal for a small meeting, workshop or training session. It can also be used as a breakout space.

 

Our Strathearn room can accommodate up to 16 in a boardroom style, 20 in theatre style and the table can be split to form small groups of seating. It comes with a 75” LED screen, hearing loop and there is a video conferencing camera available for hire. With a high ceiling and natural daylight this room is ideal for a meeting, training or workshop session, small conference, luncheon or gathering.

 

Our Hub connects all the spaces within our Sensory Hub. Only available for hire after 6pm weekdays and at weekends it’s an ideal space for a reception or gathering and can be used in conjunction with the Atholl and Strathearn rooms within the Hub. Maximum capacity is 60.

The Kinnoull is a bright and spacious room that is available to rent out primarily as an activity space. Are you looking for somewhere to hold a regular yoga, Pilates, exercise or dance classes? This room is ideal –  with a carpeted floor and dimensions of approx. 16m x 6m. There is a kitchen attached to the room and a toilet, baby changing and shower facility.

The room is located at the front of the building and overlooks George Street. It does have stair access and is not fully accessible.

 

Our beautiful Atrium is the pièce de resistance of our hire spaces. With a maximum capacity of 80 this room is ideal for your conference, exhibition and larger gatherings and would be ideal for a reception, party, music event or even a wedding. It comes with 2 x 85” LED screens for presentations, a lectern and a hearing loop. There is a head worn and handheld microphone available for hire within this room. Your delegates and guests will enjoy the high vaulted ceiling with skylights and the large arched windows at each end. Truly a special room for any business event or occasion.
