We are aiming to raise £160,000 to mark 160 years of VisionPK, a goal that reflects every year we have stood alongside people living with sight and hearing loss in your community.

Whether you’re looking for information about your visual impairment or hearing loss, want to talk through your worries or concerns, or get answers to your burning questions – we are here to help you. We also offer personal assessments, working with you to identify your goals, supporting you to achieve them and live life on your own terms.
We also offer information and guidance to families, friends and professionals, sensory awareness sessions and volunteering opportunities.
Opening Hours
We are open from 9.00am – 5.00pm, Monday to Thursday and 9.00am – 4.30pm on a Friday.
We are closed for lunch from 12-1pm.
Specialist drop-in sessions for support with sight and hearing loss are available as follows:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 1.30pm – 4.00pm
Please note! If you require re-tubing on your hearing aids, we are encouraging you to come along to the Audiology drop-in on the 1st Wed of the month or VisionPK drop-in on the last Friday of the month (Sensory Hub). We may not have capacity to complete this on other drop-in dates.
