Job Title: Sensory Support Coordinator
Location: Sensory Hub, George Street Perth
Salary: £27,141 – £30, 365 (FT)
Contract: Full-time 34.5 hours for 12 months, reducing to 28 hours
The Role:
We are seeking a Sensory Support Coordinator to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of supporting individuals with sensory loss, providing direct assistance, coordinating services, and advocating for their needs. You will work closely with clients, their families, and other service providers to ensure holistic support and access to vital resources.
About You:
- Experience working with people with disabilities, sensory loss, older people, or in community support roles.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- A positive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- An empathetic and fun approach, with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with clients of all backgrounds.
- Understanding of holistic care and how to deliver support in a way that meets the broad needs of clients.
