Vacancy: Rehabilitation Assistant (Visual Impairment)

Salary: 

Starts at £23,390, increasing in annual increments to £24,811.

If training is successfully completed, the salary would increase to £30,136 – £34,504

Hours: Full time (34.5 hours) – or up to 5 days a week depending on individual preferences
Contract: Permanent
   

This new role is based in central Perth with working across the Perth and Kinross area.

VisionPK is a local charity offering support and services to people in Perth and Kinross with sensory impairments.  We have recently moved to a new Sensory Hub in Perth town centre and will be developing our services and offer over the next twelve months. This is an opportunity to join us at exciting stage in our growth and contribute to our enhanced services!

If you have experience of assessing needs, setting priorities and managing your own workload, along with being a team player, well organised and using your own initiative, please get in touch!

You will also have an opportunity to work towards gaining a nationally recognised professional qualification as a Rehabilitation Worker in visual impairment, which we would fully fund.

PVG membership, or willingness to become at member with a check at enhanced level is essential.
